Just had to add: I just got back from a big Publix trip. Tim’s brother is here, so I had more food to buy. Drum roll please…I got $310.85 worth for $30.24!!!! I was really excited. I didn’t get everything on my list, b/c I closed them down at 10. I’ll go back tomorrow to finish up the few things I have left – I plan on spending about $10 more dollars or so. The steaks alone were worth $22! The best part – Dan gave us $100 for groceries for the 10 days he’s gonna be here along with a menu of “Tahsha’s specialties” that he wants. I don’t know if I should tell him how much I actually spent. TTYL.

Kim,
Does McBee let you use Target coupons? I usually go to Wade Hampton or Pelham. WH gave me flack over the Food Lion coupon for eggs. The cashier said, “That is for the Food Lion brand.” I was buying Publix brand. They finally took it to the manager & they said it was fine. I kind of didn’t understand the Target one because even though we don’t have a SuperTarget, they do have a lot of groceries. (I was trying to use a Cheerios coupon.)I couldn’t complain too much though – I got about $30 worth of groceries for $10 and that included almost $6 of stuff that rarely has coupons (milk, etc.)
I also went to the Sav-Mor sale on the 4th. Did you make it?

Way to be persistent! So, did you get your baby club coupons already? Aren’t they great! We had to adjust the dates for our trip in Sep. to when Tim could get off. We are leaving on Wed. the 17, and returning on Wed. the 24. Let us know if you’d like to use the house during this time. Of course, we’d love to see you part of the time you were here if at all possible. TTYL.
